摘要
煤粉锅炉中影响NOX生成的因素非常复杂,主要包括煤种、炉膛形状、燃烧器结构,过剩空气系数,顶部燃尽风(OFA)及其喷嘴摆角大小、燃料风(周界风)以及在各层煤粉量分配等对NOX的影响。该文针对湘潭电厂300MW锅炉进行NOX排放特性的现场试验,找到了适合该锅炉满足高效低NOX排放的最佳运行工况,另外对三次风管进行改造。结果表明NOX排放可降至760mg/m3,即比原来降低20%左右,燃烧效率维持原有的较高水平。
The factors influenced the NOX emission of coal-fired boilers are very complicated, including coal rank, furnace configure, burner arrangement, excess air, OFA and its tilt angle, curcumferential air as well as fuel distribution etc.. An experimental research and low NOX retrofit were carried out on a 300MW lean coal-fired boiler in order to obtain the optimal operation conditions, in which both low NOX and high efficiency performance could be achieved. The result indicated it is effective, NOX emissions can decrease greatly to 760mg/m3, and almost no changes to boiler efficency.
