Discussion on Selection Principles of Frame and Equipment for the Plan of Dalian City Network

结合城网改造和规划中遇到的配网接线方式，建设改造原则，设备选用原则等方面，结合配电发展中出现的变电化、电缆化、继电化、自动化等新趋势，提出一些较新的解决原则和思路。

The connecting mode of distribution network,principle of construction and reform,and the selection of equipment in connection with the layout and reform of city network,the new solving prin- ciple and thinking towards the power transforming, cabling, relaying and automation in developing power distribution were put forward.
