Discussion on the Issues of Peak Valley Price

推导了峰谷电价计算的数学模型，给出了峰谷定价的一般公式，对峰谷电价的有关问题进行了探讨，并且针对湖北电网在峰谷电价实施方面存在的问题，提出了一些建议。

This paper deduces the mathematical models of peak valley price and gives its general pric- ing formulae. Some issues on peak valley price are discussed and some suggestions are presented in view of the problems of implementing peak valley price in Hubei power system.
