摘要
提出了一种超高压输电线路保护的新方案 ,将模糊神经网络应用于电力系统的信号处理中 ,实现输电线路的速动保护。本方法首先利用模糊神经网络实现传统I段保护的功能 ,在此基础上 ,对输电线 90 %以外的故障 ,利用神经网络的再次训练 ,实现进一步的故障判别。通过神经网络的学习训练 ,这种方法能准确区分区内、区外故障 ,而基本上不受故障类型、故障位置、过渡电阻及系统运行方式的影响。EMTP仿真计算的结果显示出该方法是切实可行的。
A new protection scheme is proposed for the extra high voltage transmission line. The fuzzy neural network is used in the signal process of the power system in order to implement instant protection for the transmission line. Firstly, The FNN is used to implement the traditional distance protection's zone one. On the basis of this relay, for the fault out of 90% of the line, we can retrain the FNN to get the distinction of the fault location. This method can distinct in-area fault, out-area fault and inverse directional fault correctly, not influenced by fault type, fault location, transient resistance and the operation mode of the power system. EMTP simulation results indicate that this method is truly feasible.
