摘要
分析了绝缘涂层对高磁感取向硅钢片性能的影响,指出利用特殊绝缘涂层可使其受到一定的拉应力,改变磁畴结构,改进磁性,从而降低硅钢片单位重量损耗和减小硅钢片的磁致伸缩。
The influence of the insulation coating on characteristics of the high magnetic inductionoriented sheet steel is analyzed. It is pointed out that the sheet steel suffers tensile force, themagnetic domain structure changes, the magnetic properties improve, the weight loss of sheet steelreduces and the magnetic deformation decreases because the coating is adopted.
