我国加入WTO是顺应对外开放、全面融入世界经济主流的必然结果。但是 ,WTO并不能保证国际贸易与经济发展之间存在正的相关关系 ,也并不意味着每个国家都能够从中受益 ,国际贸易在创造某些就业机会的同时 ,也会吞噬掉某些就业机会。我们必须对此保持清醒的认识。

WTO entry is the inexorable trend of opening to the outside and blending with the world economy.Otherwise,WTO entry can't ensure the positive relation between international trade and internal economic development,and not all countries enjoy benefits from international trade.International trade surely creates quite a lot employment opportunities,but at the same time it destroys some others.We must keep this in mind and take some measures.
