摘要
本文介绍一种组织神经节苷脂的快速定量测定法,并测定了移植性小鼠肝癌组织和正常小鼠肝组织神经节苷脂结合唾液酸含量.结果表明,肝癌组(64.7±12.2μg/g 湿组织)显著高于正常组(28.2±6.5μg/g 湿组织)(P<0.05).
A simple and rapid quantitative method for determining tissue gangliosides was described.With it,the liver tissue gangliosides were detected in 21 normal mice and 14 hepatoma mice.The results indicated that the content of ganglioside-bound sialic acid from cancer tissues(64.75±12.19μg/g wet tissue)was significantly higher than that from normal liver tissues(28.2±6.5μg/g wet tissue)(p<0.05).
