带真皮下血管网皮肤移植修复四肢皮肤撕脱伤

REPAIR OF SKIN LACERATION OF LIMBS BY WHOLE THICKNESS SKIN GRAFT WITH SUBDERMAL VASCULAR NETWORK(A Report of 8 cases)

本文报告1986年以来应用带真皮下血管网皮肤移植修复四肢皮肤撕脱伤8例,6例获得一次植皮成功,2例皮片部分坏死,经Ⅱ期游离植皮后痊愈.

Since 1986 8 cases of limb skin laceration have been treated with the whole thickness of skin graft(with conservation of the vascular network of the subdermal layer).6 cases gained success with only one graft;2 cases suffered part necrosis of the skin graft,but were fully recovered by later free skin graft.
