在圆锥齿轮传动中 ,齿向的载荷分布以及重合度的大小对齿轮传动中的平稳性、传动的噪声、齿轮的接触强度和弯曲强度都有着很大的影响 ,直接关系到传动的承载能力和使用寿命。介绍影响圆锥齿轮的载荷分布主要因素和重合度对传动的影响。

The load distributing in the tooth direction and the value of the superposition degree have great influences on the stability,the noise of transmission,the contact strength and the bending strength of gear,which is related to the bearing capacity and the service lifetime.The main factors effecting on the load distributing of cone gear are dealt with in this paper.And the effect of superposition degree on transmission is discussed.
