大鼠心脏增龄性变化的组织化学观察

HISTOLOGICAL AND HISTOCHEMICAL OBSERVATION ON THE AGING RELATED CHANGES OF THE RAT HEART

用组织学和组织化学的方法对大鼠心脏进行增龄性观察,发现心脏的重量增加,心重与体重的比值(相对重量)有所减轻.AKP、ACP、G-6-P、DNA 和糖元等没有明显改变,而SDH、LDH 及 ATPase 在老年组稍有减弱,但无明显变化.MAO 随增龄而升高,可作为心肌老化的标志。

The aging related change were observated with histological and histochemical methods.It was found that in the old group the heart weight was increased,but the relative weight between the heart weight and the body weight was reduced.The activities of SDH,LDH, and ATPase were decreased slightly,but there was no obvious change in AKP,ACP,G-6-P, DNA and glycogen.The activity of MAO was outstandingly enhanced with the aging of the rats.It is reasonable to take the enhancement of MAO activity as the mark of aging in the myocardial cells of rats.
