摘要
土地资源合理利用是区域持续发展的前提。山区地形复杂 ,土地类型多样 ,土地利用条件较差 ,区域发展受到影响 ,本文根据粤东北山区梅州市土地利用的现状 ,分析其土地利用的特点、问题 ,并在评价利用潜力的基础上 。
It was used to see a rational ultilization of land resources as a presupposition of a regronal sustainable development. A regional development was affected by its complicated topography, its different land types and its no good condition of land ultilization in the Mountain Area. According to the states of hand resources ultilization in Meizhou at the North-east Mountain Area of Guangdong province, the paper has analysed characteristics and questions of land resources ultilization, put forward a series of effective measures of proncpting land resources ultilization and regional economic-social sustainable devecopment.
