资本输出并不是富国的专利 ,目前中国的各类企业已在 12 0多个国家和地区开办了合资、独资、合作等各种形式的跨国公司。根据港台企业及欧美企业在中国经营的实际情况及我国产业结构的现状 ,我国企业跨国经营应选择东欧及中亚各国为投资国。

Capital output is not the patent of rich countries. Being a developing country, China also has Transnational Companies (TNC) with the form of Join-Venture, sole operation and cooperation in over 120 countries and districts. The achievements of TNC in Chinese market which are belong to Hong Gong, Taiwan, Europe and U.S.A are analyzed in the article; So be done Chinese industrial construction. The running styles of Chinese TNC are put up; east European countries and Middle Asian countries should be considered as invested area.
