根据银行现行存款政策 ,通过对各期存款的组合投资及各期国债的组合投资利润进行比较和分析 ,得出了在组合投资中“国债优先”、“存款期长者优先”的投资准则。根据这一投资准则 ,对 2 0 0 1年全国大学生数学建模竞赛C题提出的三个问题分别建立了简捷的数学模型 ,并对这三个问题的数学模型 ,编辑计算机程序 ,输入数据n =10 ,M =5 0 0 0 (万元 )后 ,得到 :问题一的最大年奖金为 10 9.8万元 ,问题二的最大年奖金为12 7.5万元 ,问题三的最大年奖金为 12 4.8万元 ,第三年校庆年奖金为 149.76万元。该模型对广大城乡居民或企事业单位在进行非风险性投资时具有重要的参考价值。

According to the present deposit policy of the bank,the article works out the investment norms of 'the priority of national bond'and 'the priority of long-term deposit' by comparisons and anylasis of the combination investment of varied term deposit and that of national bond in different periods.Based on this,precise mathematical models are made with regard to the 3 questions in Test C of the 2001 National Competition of Mathematic Models for College Students.In the computer program we edited,with index n=10 and M=50 minion RMB,we find the Maximum reward of 1.098 m RMB for the first question,1.275m and 1.248m for the second and third questions,and that of 1.4976m for the third school anniversary.The model is of high value for individuals and businesses in their non-risk investment.
