摘要
高等学校是培养人力资本的主要载体。高等学校自身的人力资源管理水平对高等教育质量起着决定性作用。高校现行的职称评审制度、收入分配制度、绩效考核制度已不适应高等教育改革的要求 ,因此 ,要进行高校人力资源管理创新。
Colleges and universities assume to be the place to fosterce various human labor resources.The proper management of such resources is crucial to high education quality.The established system of evaluating and appraising professional titles,income and distribution,individual performance assessment has turneed out to be inoperative,far lagging behind the time.For this the university personnel resource management should be innovated without delay.
