毛泽东同志历来关注“三农”问题 ,早在民主革命时期就提出“农民问题乃是国民革命的中心问题”的著名论断。在社会主义建设伊始就把解决农业和农村问题放在各项工作的首位 ,提出“农业是国民经济的基础” ,农村的稳定和发展关系到国家的长治久安 ,要切实保护农民利益 ,引导农民走联合起来共同富裕的道路。这些重要的思想和理论始终贯穿于党和国家关于“三农”问题的政策当中。

Comrade Mao Zedong always valued 'the peasant,agriculture and country question'highly.At the time of Democratic Revolution Period,he proposed a famous theory --peasant problem is central problem of our national revolution.At the beginning of our social construction,he put the solution of agriculture and peasant problem at the first place among all the tasks.He persisted that agriculture is the foundation of national economy.The country's steady development has close relation to our country's stability.Peasants' benefit should be strictly protected.We should lead peasants to the road of universal well off.Those important thoughts and theories run through the Party and nation's policies on 'the peasant,agriculture and country' problem.
