摘要
研制了一种与小四轮拖拉机配套的、适用于标准化果园植保作业的机载果园型弥雾机 ,对该机各项性能指标进行了试验与分析。试验结果表明 ,与其他类型喷头相比 ,按一定排列组合的空心雾锥喷头在与风机配合使用进行药液的 2次雾化时具有更好的喷雾量分布和雾滴分布均匀性 ;小于 35 m / s的风机出口风速所产生的梯度气流使枝叶扭转与退让 ,并使雾滴的穿透性和树内沉积量增加 。
A mist sprayer powered by a small four wheel tractor used for standard orchard was developed and its performances was tested and analysed. The test results indicate that the hollow cone nozzles have a better distribution of spraying quantity and better uniformity of droplet distribution comparing with other type nozzles when the nozzles are used together with the blower for the second atomization of droplets. The optimum range of airflow velocity in blower outlet is between 18 m/s to 35 m/s, because the airflow gradient makes the branches and leaves turn round and makes the penetrability and deposition of droplets increase that will improve the quality of operation and raise the productivity of the machine unit.
