摘要 在前期静电涂敷高压电极优化结构试验基础上 ,分析了通常食用的果蔬形状 ,选择用铁板制成的直径范围为 2~ 10 cm的圆筒作为模拟物。取模拟圆筒直径、电极电压和喷枪喷嘴角度 3个因素以及涂敷系数和涂层径向角度 2个测试参数进行了 311A回归最优设计。取 1% CMC和 1%食用海藻酸钠 (SAAA)的水溶液作涂敷保鲜剂 ,按回归设计要求分别在栅网和芒刺两种优化电极上作了模拟试验 ,得出 12个涂敷系数和 12个涂层径向角度的回归方程。通过寻优处理 。 Based on the earlier optimization construction research of high voltage electrode for electrostatic coating, shapes of fruits and vegetables were analyzed, and the cylinders in diameters between 2~10 cm made from iron plate as simulators were used. Three factors of simulated cylinder diameter, electrode voltage, and nozzle angle and two test parameters of coating coefficient and paint radial angle were selected for the 311 A regression experimental design. Taking 1% CMC aqueous solution and 1% sodium alginic acid aqueous (SAAA) as coating material of preserving freshness agent, the simulated experiment was conducted to optimize construction of grid electrode and arista electrode separately. The twelve regression equations of coating coefficient and paint radial angle were gained from the experiment. By means of the optimizing treatment the complete coating range in diameter for the two preserving freshness agents was gained.
