摘要
针对干燥炉薄壁箱形结构采用经验设计方法而产生的不安全、耗材大等问题 ,以及箱形结构的分析还没有完整的理论精确解 ,采用有限元仿真分析软件 ANSYS对一智能系统控制的薄壁箱形结构干燥炉进行了仿真分析 。
The experiential method for design of drying furnances with thin walled shell is commonly used, which may lead to many problems, such as spillage of material and unsafe during operation. Apart from that, no exact solution could be obtained for analysis of a thin walled part structure by the theoretical method. In this work, the finite element method by the analysising software ANSYS was used to simulate a thin walled box heater. The results and analysis of this simulation provide a theoretical basis of heater design.
