摘要
在试验条件下 ,分别用几种不同的试剂单独或联合对黄姜种子预处理 ,结果表明 :用GA3 ( 1 .0mg/L)和NH4NO3 ( 0 .0 1mol/L)处理的种子 ,在湿沙发芽床上萌发效果较其它试剂好 ,而几种试剂联合处理对种子萌发的促进作用不明显。
Under experimental condition,the seeds of Dioscorea zingiberensis Wright were pretreated with diverse single chemicals and several combined chemicals ,and consequently it indicated:germination of such seeds in wet sand germinating bed was easier by GA 3(1.0mol/L) and NH 4NO 3(0.01mol/L) than that by other single chemicals and combined chemicals .
