摘要
目的 :探讨有氧锻炼与医学生心理障碍的相关性。方法 :用SCL - 90表与睡眠状况评定表对宁夏医学院 97级本科生进行有氧锻炼前、后一个月的情况做调查。结果 :有氧锻炼后心理障碍的发生率显著低于锻炼前 ,而睡眠质量明显高于锻炼前。结论 :有氧锻炼可有效改善医学生的心理健康状况 ,提高睡眠质量。
Objective: To study the correlation between aerobic training and psychological disturbance recovery of young college students. Methods: one hundred and sixty-five students from 1997 class of the Ningxia medical college were entirely and choicelessly enrolled for this study, and their psychological and sleepy states were surveyed by using SCL-90 and sleep-state evaluation table shortly before and immediately after aerobic training which lasted one month. Results: the incidence rates of multiple parameters related to mental disorders significantly fell and sleepy quality significantly improved on one month-long aerobic training. Conclusion: Since aerobic training, contract to isometric training, can increase O 2 consumption, activate oxygen-metabolizing cells and enliven cardiovascular-nervous system, mental depression and anxiety can be therefore relieved and sleepy quality can be accordingly improved at different levels.
