摘要
通过室内调温饲养西施舌、观测水温及精、卵排放 ,根据K =H(T -t)有效积温公式 ,利用线性函数规律 ,探讨长乐沿海西施舌生殖腺发育生物学零度。结果表明 :西施舌性腺发育的生物学零度为 1 3℃ ,生殖腺发育有效积温为 6 6 5℃。
This paper has researched the zero point temperature and thermal sum beneficial for the biology of the gonad development of Coelomactra antiquata using the experiment observing methods with the mathematical statistics methods and formula K=H(T-t) thermal sum beneficial.The results indicate that the zero point temperature of the biology for the development of the gonad of Coelomactra antiquata is 13℃.The thermal sum beneficial for the gonad development is 665℃.
