摘要
大孔吸附树脂可用于槭叶草中有效成分———黄酮类化合物的提取。经对比实验研究发现采用该提取、分离方法 ,无论从质量还是收率上均好于聚酰胺柱层析法及重结晶法。该方法成本低 ,方法简单易行 ;其产率可达 7% ;产品经薄层层析鉴定 ,其Rf 值为 0 .70 ,确为黄酮类化合物。
Useful composition could be separated from Mukdenia rossii(oliv.) Koidz. with the big aperture adsorption resin.We do some experiment to compare separating effects the result showed that the big aperture adsorption resin was better than others in the method and result of separating.The result of separating is about 7%.The composition was tested by the thin layer chromatography and its R f value is 0.70.It was defined as flavonoids compound.
