熏蒸气体浓度检测仪的研制及其在检疫中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 经过比较分析 ,热导气体检测仪被认为是最有应用前途的现场熏蒸剂气体浓度检测仪。为此 ,在实验室采用了一个四丝直通型热导池和分流稳流装置 ,研制出了一台结构紧凑的试验用熏蒸气体浓度检测仪。该仪器拥有必需的电子线路、内部可充电直流电源、电动采样泵、流量控制和液晶显示器。室内实验和熏蒸现场大量使用的结果表明 ,该仪器易于操作 ,其检测灵敏度达到 0 1mg/L ,在 0~ 10 0mg/L的线性范围内 ,其检测精度达到满量程的 2 % (在 2 0~ 6 0mg/L的检测范围内 ,其精度为 0 2mg/L)。同时进行了一系列规范的熏蒸试验 ,并定时测定了熏蒸空间内各点的熏蒸剂气体浓度 ,然后经过CT值计算 。 On the base of analysis and comparison,the thermal conductivity type of gas meter was considered the most promising field fumigant concentration detector.So that, a direct access type of four filaments thermal conductivity cell was combined with gas flow shunting and stabilizing apparatuses to develop a compact experimental fumigant meter in the laboratory,which had necessary circuits,a internal rechargeable battery for DC power supply,and electric driven pump for sampling,flow controls and a LCD digital readout panel.A lot of laboratory tests and actual field concentration determinations showed that this meter could be easily operated and had a high sensitivity of 0 1mg/L and a linearity range of 0-100mg with an accuracy of 2% of the full scale on meter (in range of 20-60mg/L,the accuracy was 0 2mg/L).A series of standard fumigation was conducted under the actual fumigation conditions in China and on the main export and import commodities to determine the minimum concentration readings using this meter at intervals and CY products were calculated.
