小剂量、联合、个体化药物治疗原发性高血压200例临床分析

Clinical Study of 200 Patients of Essential Hypertension with Drugs Treatment of Low Dose?Combination and Individual

目的 分析小剂量、联合、个体化药物治疗原发性高血压 (EH)的临床效果。方法 1 998年 1 0月～ 2 0 0 1年 1 0月诊断 EH经评估需药物干预治疗者 2 0 0例列入研究观察对象。根据 EH患者个体情况选择钙阻滞剂、利尿剂、ACEI、β受体阻滞剂及醛固酮拮抗剂组合应用。结果 2 0 0例 EH治疗显效率 83.0 % ,总有效率 97.0 %。 1 1 0例使用利尿剂患者治疗前后血脂、血糖变化无差异。结论 小剂量、联合、个体化药物治疗 EH能获得最满意治疗效果。

Aim To analyses the therapeutic effect of essential hypertension(EH) with drugs treatment of low dose,combination and individual.Methods To investigate 200 patients of EH with pharmaceutical interference from October 1998 to October 2001.Choose calcium channel blockage,diuretics.ACEI,β receptor blockage drugs and aldosterone blockage according to individual EH.Results The effect rate of treatment in patients of EH were 97%.No remarkable differences of Plasma glucose and lipids in 110 patients with diuretics before and following the treatment.Conclusion The effect of the drugs treatment of low dose,combination and individual were significant.
