颏下动脉供血的颌底皮瓣的解剖学研究

Anatomy of mandibular basal flap supplying by Submental artery

目的 对颏下动脉和静脉进行解剖学研究。方法 测量 2 4侧成人尸体头颅标本的颏下动脉和静脉的解剖参数。结果 所有标本均未出现颏下动脉、静脉缺如。颏下动脉近远端直径的平均值分别为 2 .45± 0 .46mm和 1 .47±0 .38mm;颏下静脉近远端直径的平均值分别为 1 .97± 0 .41 mm和 3.0 7± 0 .78mm;颏下动脉平均长度为 41 .83±8.2 8mm;皮支动脉直径为 0 .82± 0 .2 2 mm。结论 颏下动脉是面动脉的一根恒定的分支 ,血管行径长 ,位置表浅 ,口径粗 ,有恒定的伴行静脉 。

Objective\ To study the anatomy of submental artery(SA)and submental veins(SV).Methods\ Anatomical parameters of SA and SV of 24 sides of human adult cadavers were measured.Results\ SA and SV exist in all specimens.The average proximal and distal diameter of SA are 2 45±0 46mm and 1 47±0 38mm respectively.The average proximal and distal diameter of SV are 1 97±0 41mm and 3 07±0 78mm respectively.The average length of SA is 41 83±8 28mm.The average diameter of the dermic branch is 0 82±0 22mm.Conclusions\ SA is a routine branch of facial artery.It is long,Superficial and wide in diameter.It has a routine drainage vien.It is a perfect supplying artery for mandibular basal flap.
