摘要
目的 监测福州地区产超广谱 β-内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌对 1 4种常用抗生素的药敏情况。方法 收集 2 0 0 1年 3月~ 1 0月福州地区 4家医院分离的肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌 42 6株 ,用表型确认试验检测 ESBLs,用 Kirby- Bauer琼脂扩散法作药敏试验。结果 42 6株肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌中 ,共检出产 ESBLs菌1 4 2株 ,检出率为 33.33% ;产 ESBLs菌对大多数抗生素的耐药性严重 ;亚胺培南、头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦、哌拉西林 /三唑巴坦和头孢美唑对产 ESBLs菌的耐药率最低。结论 福州地区产 ESBL s菌流行情况严重 ;产 ESBLs菌对大多数抗生素耐药性严重 ;亚胺培南、头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦、哌拉西林 /三唑巴坦和头孢美唑是治疗由产 ESBLs菌引起感染的有效抗生素。
Objective To investigate the drug sensitivity of extended spectrum β lactamases(ESBLs) producing Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli to 14 antibiotics in Fuzhou.Methods Phenotypic confirmatory test was used to detect ESBLs in 426 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli ;Kirby Bauer agar diffusion method was used to judge drug sensitivity.Results 33 33% of strains were considered ESBLs producers by phenotypic confirmatory test.The resistant rates of ESBLs producing strains to most antibiotics were high.The resistant rates of Imipinem,Cefoperazone/Sulbactam,Piperacillin/Tazobactam and Cefmetazole to ESBLs producing strains were the lowest.Conclusions The prevalence of ESBLs producing strains in Fuzhou was high;The resistant rates of ESBLs producing strains to most antibiotics were high.Imipinem,Cefoperazone/Sulbactam,Piperacillin/Tazobactam and Cefmetazole were the effective antibiotics to infections caused by ESBLs producing strains.
