高校扩招以后的文献资源保障——对四川高校图书馆有关情况的初步分析

我国高等教育正在从精英型教育向大众化教育迈进。在招生规模迅速扩大的同时,文献保障能力相对滞后。高校图书馆大幅提高文献保障能力的基本措施是:增加经费、科学管理、正确处理实体馆藏与非实体(虚拟)馆藏的关系。

This paper discussed the cituation of higher education in China with the increasing enrollment and the growing pressure in colleges and universities library. It argues that more funds should be given to and more efficient management should be adopted in the libraries.
