摘要
介绍一种用场效应管实现的单电压斩波型驱动电源的原理与性能,并给出了电路参数的选取方包。试验证明,该驱动电源的运行频率、矩频特性、效率等明显优于同类产品。
It introduces principle and performance of single voltage chopper driving unit realized by VMOSFET, aod puts forward selecting method of circuit parameters. The experiment illustrates that opera- tion frequency, torque-frequency characteristics, efficiency etc. of the driving unit is superior to the same one.
