摘要
数控车床转塔式刀架需要体积小、输出功率大、能快速停车并装有温度传感器的三相异步制动电动机。文中介绍这种专用电机的主要结构及设计特点,并将试制产品的性能指标与国外样机进行了对比分析。
Capstan turret of NC lathe needs three-Phase asynchronous brake motor with small valume,high output power,be able to stop rapidly and equiped with temperoture sensor. The main structure and design features of this special purpose motor is introduced in this paper, and is compared with performance targets of prototype.
