采取角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉36例,效果满意,随访半年无1例复发,此方法为近几年来开展的新技术,其取材方便,手术过程不复杂,无免疫排斥反应;术前、术中与患者有效的沟通可缓解患者紧张情绪,使手术顺利进行,术后做好病情观察和健康教育工作、教会患者或家属具体的点眼方法是保证手术成功减少并发症的关键。

36 cases (36 eyes) of pterygium were treated with corneal limbus stem calls auto-grafting. It brougt about a satisfied effect. Patients were followed up for 6 months and none of them relapsed. This mehtod is a new technique during these years and is easy to draw materials. The operation's process is not complicated and has no immunologic rejection. The effective interchanging ideas with patients before and after operation can relieve the patients' nervous feeling and make the operation successfully. Observing the patients' condition, doing health education after opteration and teaching patients or their family members the method of putting drops in eyes is the key problem which can ensure the operation successful and reduce the relapse.
