氟化物熏气对橡胶叶碳代谢的某些影响

Some Effects of Fluoride Fumigation on Carbon Metabolism of Rubber Tree Leaves

通过熏气模拟试验,研究了HF熏气后橡胶叶淀粉和一些可溶性糖含量的变化,以及活体条件下,HF熏气对一些相应酶活性的影响。结果表明:HF熏气后橡胶叶的总可溶性糖含量下降,淀粉和果糖含量上升,蔗糖含量下降,淀粉酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶、果糖二磷酸醛缩酶活性受到抑制。

Changes of the contents of amylum and some soluble sugars were studied through artifi cial fumigation experiment,and the activities of some enzymes of the leaves in vivo were determined.The results showed that after fumigation the content of total soluble sugars declined an d that the contents of amylum and fructose increased while the sucrose declined.Amylase activity,succinic acid dehydrogenase activity and fructose diphosphate aldolase activity were restrained.
