实验性鸡马立克氏病羽髓病变研究

Studies on Pathological Changes in Feather Pulp of Chickens Experimentally Infected with Marek's Disease Virus

通过光镜、电镜等方法对鸡马立克氏病羽髓组织进行了形态学研究。结果显示 ,羽髓远端坏死 ,羽髓中有多量肿瘤细胞浸润 ,肿瘤细胞呈弥漫性或局部性浸润。电镜观察 ,肿瘤细胞核异型性明显 ,核膜凹陷 ,核内出现假核内包含物。在一些羽髓中 ,巨噬细胞吞噬肿瘤细胞较多见 ,而且观察到一些肿瘤细胞发生凋亡。结果表明 ,鸡马立克氏病羽髓病变十分明显 。

The pathological changes of the feather pulp were examined by the methods of postmortem,histopathology and ultrastructural pathology.The results showed,There were necrosis at distal extremity of feather pulp and large amounts of tumor cells in the feather pulp.The infiltration of tumor cells was disseminated or focal.With transmission electron microscope observation,the nuclei of tumor cells were heterotypical,the nuclcear membrane had indentation,false intranuclear inclusions were seen in nuclei and apoptosis was seen in some tumor cells.Phenomenon that macrophage phagocytose tumor cells was common in some feathers.These results indicated that changes of feather pulp of chickens infected with Marek's disease virus were obvious,and the changes could be used in diagnosis of Marek's disease.
