摘要
从诺卡氏菌№ 52 0 5菌株中提取类胡萝卜素 ,研究其对超氧阴离子的清除作用 ,观察其对果蝇寿命、头部超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)与过氧化脂质 ( MDA)含量的影响。结果表明 :类胡萝卜素对核黄素和甲硫氨酸光照条件下生成的超氧阴离子有清除作用 ;能延长果蝇寿命 ;提高果蝇头部 SOD活性 。
Carotenoids were extracted from №5205 strain of Nocardia,the effect of carotenoids on scavenging superoxide anion and the life span of flies were studied;Observed that activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in the heads of fruit flies were also assayed. The results were as follows: In VB2 NBT system ,carotenoids could scavenge the superoxide anion,prolong the life sapn of drosophila melanogaster,increase SOD activity and reduce MDA content in the heads of fruit flies.Therefore.it has been proved that carotenoids could play an essential role in antiaging.
