摘要
本实验建立了一种快速检测克林霉素HPL C,用反相 C18柱分离克林霉素 ,用乙酰苯胺做内标 ,在 UV2 0 5mm条件下 ,用乙腈 -磷酸盐缓冲液 -四氢呋喃 ( V∶ V∶ V=2 9∶ 70∶ 1 )作流动相测定克林霉素含量。结果表明 :标准曲线范围在 0 .0 5~ 40 mg/m L 回归方程为 Y=0 .6547X-0 .0 0 3 4( R2 =0 .9992 )。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of clindamycin:clindamycin can be seperated on C 18 column, elution was achieved at ambient temperature with acetonitrile tetrahydrofuran and 0.05M phosphate bulfer (ph=V∶V∶V∶29∶1∶70)as the mobile phase .The flow rate was set to 1.0ml/min, UV detector was operated at 205nm.
