摘要
本文评述了GaAlAs/GaAs HBT的研究现状,着重讨论了制造HBT的重要技术和应用前景;对HBT的进一步发展也进行了探讨。
The Present state of research work on GaAlAs/GaAs HBTs is reviewed. Special discussion is given to the major techniques for fabricating HBTs and to their application prospect. Further development of HBTs is also approached.
