摘要
用N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖基转移酶Ⅲ(GNTⅢ)作诱饵,以酵母双杂交系统从胎肝cDNA文库中筛选到一种能与N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖基转移酶Ⅲ发生相互作用的蛋白质。与GNTⅢ作用的是早幼粒细胞白血病锌指蛋白(PLZF),是属于视黄酸受体家庭的一种转录因子。根据这个结果和已有的一些背景理论知识,本文提出了一种新的相互作用假设模型:PLZF是GNTⅢ的底物之一。这种相互作用是已知蛋白间的未知相互作用。
N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase Ⅲ(GNTⅢ) was used as the bait,and then from human fetal liver cDNA library,a protein which can interacts with N-acethlglucosaminyltransferase I were obtained with yeast two-hkybrid system.lt is promyelocytic leukaemia zinc finger protein (PLZF),which is a transcriotional factor and a member of retinoic acid receptor family.We speculate that PLZF is one of the subjects of enzyme GNTⅢ.
