摘要
东北电网联络线关口调度技术支持系统是建立在 CC-2 0 0 0调度自动化系统、D- 2 0 0 0电能量自动采集系统和调度中心信息管理系统之上的一套应用软件系统 ,它完善了基于CC- 2 0 0 0系统的区域控制偏差 (ACE)软件 ,实现了华北电网和东北电网以定联络线频率 (TBC)控制方式运行。
A technical supporting system for tie-line dispatching of Northeast China Power Grid in this paper. This is an application software based on CC-2000 dispatching automation system, D-2000 energy metering acquisition system and the MIS for dispatching center. With the presented system the ACE software based on CC-2000 dispatching automation system is improved and the Tie-line Bias Control (TBC) mode for North China and Northeast China Power Grids is implemented.
