摘要
由于历史原因 ,以往国内的 EMS和 DTS是两个科研课题 ,分别独立进行研制和开发 ,用户需要掌握和维护两套系统 ,严重影响了系统的实用性。为此 ,作者开发了广西电网能量管理及调度员培训仿真一体化系统 ,该系统实现了EMS和 DTS在支撑平台、功能、数据结构和应用程序级的深层次的一体化。文章介绍了该系统的结构、功能、特色、运行情况及使用效果。该系统于 2 0 0 0年 12月通过了技术鉴定 ,同时 ,其中的实时状态估计、调度员潮流、静态安全分析等基本功能也通过了国调中心组织的实用化验收。
Because of historical cause,the study on Energy Management System (EMS) and that of Dispatcher Training Simulator (DTS) in China were separated.So the users of the EMS and DTS have to master and maintain two different systems.Therefore,the practicalities of both systems are severely affected.To solve this problem,an integrated EMS/DTS system is developed by Guanxi Power Dispatching Centre and Dept.of E.E.of Tsinghua University,in which the deep-level level integration of data structure,functions,supporting platforms and application modules for EMS and DTS is implemented.In this paper the architecture,functions,features,running situation and application effect of the integrated EMS/DTS system are presented.The practicalities of basic functions of the presented system such as real-time state estimation,on-line load flow and contingency analysis,etc.,have checked and accepted by National Power Dispatching and Communication Centre.
