介绍了IGBT失效原因和保护方法,提出了一种电压型逆变器逆变桥关断同时将整流桥拉到逆变工作状态的保护方案。10 kw样机的测试验证了设计方案的有效性。
The fault causation and protection methods of IGBT are introduced. A new overcurrent protection strategy for high power voltage source inverter is proposed, which pulls the thyristor rectifier to inverting state when the inverter is shut down. The experiments on a 10 kW example show effectiveness of this protection strategy.
