摘要
根据某厂三种移动电站在部队使用中发生的质量问题的统计数字 ,分析了产生质量问题的倾向性原因 ,粗略分析了一下售后服务费用和电站可靠性问题。指出提高设计质量、选用高可靠性电气元器件、加强工厂内部质量管理可大幅度减少质量问题 ,减少服务次数和服务费用 ,提高移动电站可靠性。
According to statistical data concerning quality problems incurred in military application of the three types of movable power stations,this paper analysed tendentious reasons caused the quality problems,after sale service cost,and reliability of the movable power stations.The analyses indicate that quality problems can be resolved and significantly reduced by improved designing program,using reliable electronic devices and enhancement of internal production quality management.At the same time,the after sale frequency and cost can be reduced,and the movble power station reliability will be increased.
