摘要
电子支付是电子商务的关键环节 ,已成为当今电子商务发展的“瓶颈”。智能卡具备硬件加密的优点 ,同时可采用特定的加密服务提供商 (CSP)提供的算法 ,且便于携带 ,在电子商务领域得到广泛应用。文章简述了智能卡的相关概念和安全特性 ,并对基于智能卡的在线安全小额支付系统的研发进行了介绍。
Electronic payment is the key field of E Commerce,which means that it has been the bottle neck of E Commerce's development.Because smart card has advantage to encrypt hardware and it can offer cryptographic algorithm and it is easy to take,it has been widely used in E Commerce field.This paper introduces the conception of smart card and its security character,and develops a security small scale payment system on line which is based on Smart Card.
