本文主要介绍了自行设计开发的新型高低温车身系统开关疲劳试验台架的特点。此台架设计合理,操作方便,可以满足在高低温等严酷条件下的开关疲劳试验,并且已在赛欧轿车车身的4门2盖开关疲劳试验中发挥了重要作用。

The characteristics of the self - designed and self - developed novel high & low temperature car body switch test - rig are presented in the paper. This test - rig features reasonable design and easy operation, can meet demands of switch fatigue test under severe conditions of high & low temperature. It has played an important role in the fatigue test of switches in the sail car body 4 - door and 2 - cover.
