加入WTO,我国汽车零部件工业进入全球大循环,机遇和挑战并存。目前,我国汽车零部件工业与世界汽车零部件工业差距较大,存在着规模危机、技术危机和价格危机。为应对全球化的挑战,应采取以技术资源互补优化为纲的专业化重组,与上游整车企业组建联盟共同体,面向两个市场“联动”发展营销等竞争策略。
