Roux-Y吻合在十二指肠憩室旷置术中的应用

The application of Roux-Y anastomosis in gastroenterostomy of duodenal diverticulum

目的 研究十二指肠憩室旷置术的最佳转流方式。方法 4 7例胃空肠转流术中 ,将Roux Y术式作为观察组 ,毕Ⅱ式术式作为对照组 ,对术后不良反应进行随访、观察。结果 观察组 2 6例 ,术后不良反应2例 (7 7% ) ,对照组 2 1例 ,术后不良反应 10例 (4 7 6 % ) ,统计学处理两组间差异有显著意义。结论 在旷置十二指肠憩室手术中应用Roux Y术式转流明显优于毕Ⅱ式胃肠转流。

Objective To study the best method in gastroenterostomy of duodenal diverticulum.Methods 47 cases of gastroenterostomy were divided into two groups.Roux-Y methods were served as observation group(26 cases).Billroth Ⅱ methods were put as control group(21 cases).All of the postoperative complications were followed up and observed.Results The postoperation complications were found in 2 cases of Rux-Y group(7.7%) and in 10 cases of Billroth Ⅱ group(47.6%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The method of Roux-Y anastomosis is superior to Billroth Ⅱ in gastroenterostomy of duodenal diverticulum.
