肿瘤标志物联合应用在乳腺癌中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Combined Application of Tumor Marker in Mammary Carcinoma

目的 研究联合应用肿瘤标志物 (TM)在乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法 检测血清中CA15 - 3在良性乳腺肿物和恶性乳腺肿物的不同表达。结果 CEA和CA15 - 3的联合应用在乳腺性病变及乳腺癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ期无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而在乳腺癌晚期及转移复发中有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 联合应用TM对乳腺癌早期诊断没有指导意义 ,但是对乳腺癌进展期和晚期 ,转移和复发有重要的临床指导意义 。

Objective To study the clinical diagnostic value of combined application of tumor maker (TM) in mammary carcinoma. Methods The varied expression of CA15-3 in serum of benign and malignant tumor was detected. Results There was no significant difference between benign mammary disease and mammary carcinoma in I, II stage in combined application of CEA and CA15-3 detection (P>0.05). There were significant differences in late stage of mammary carcinoma and metastasis and recurrence (P<0.05). Conclusion There was no instructive significance to detect the combined application of TM in early stage of mammary carcinoma. There were instructive significance in progressive and late stage mammary carcinoma, especially in metastasis and recurrence cases.
