摘要
目的 探讨北方地区汉族人肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)基因型别的多态性与支气管哮喘 (BronchialAsthma ,BA)的相关性。方法 对 2 6例BA患者用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定TNF -α含量 ,应用顺序特异性引物聚合酶链反应 (PCR -SSP)方法分析TNF -α基因型别的多态性变化 ,并与 31例健康献血者对照。结果 BA组TNF -α含量 (1 96 0± 0 10 3) μg/L显著高于对照组 (1 17± 0 0 75 ) μg/LP <0 0 1;BA组TNF -α(30 8A)等位基因频率 (38 5 % )显著高于对照组 (9 6 8% ) ,P <0 0 1;TNF -α(30 8A)等位基因频率增高与BA的易感性相关联。结论 北方地区汉族人TNF -α基因 30 8位点的多态性与BA相关联。
Objective To discuss the correlation between the polymorphism in gene type of TNF-a and BA in Han people of Northern China. Methods The TNF-α content in 26 cases of BA patient was detected with RIA and the changes of polymorphism in gene type of TNF-α were analyzed. 31 healthy persons were taken as control. Results The TNF-α content in BA group was higher than that in control group significantly P<0.01. The allele frequency (308A) in BA group (38.5%) was higher than that in control group (9.86%) P<0.01. Conclusion The increase of allele frequency (308A) might have relationship with the susceptibility of BA. There might be correlation between the polymorphism of TNF-α gene in 308A and BA in Han people in Northern China.
