Chronic Low-perfusion Behavior

慢性低灌注是指由高血压、脑动脉硬化引起的脑动脉狭窄所致的脑组织长期低于生理阈值而出现的慢性缺血性神经系统损害的一种病理状态。本文主要讨论它与脑白质疏松、binswanger氏病、血管性痴呆、短暂性脑缺血发作及动脉硬化性脑梗死的关系及临床意义。认为它是急慢性缺血性脑血管病发病的主要病理生理基础。并通过TCD、SPECT等确认病理状态存在 ,早于影像学检查出现阳性表现 。

Chronic low-perfusion behavior is a kind of pathological status of chronic ischemic nerve system injury with long term low perfusion of brain that lower than threshold caused by hypertension and cerebral artery sclerosis. This paper had discussed the relationship and its clinical significance between such behavior and brain white matter rarefaction, Binswanger's disease, vascular dementia, TIA and arterial sclerosis cerebral infarction. It was believed that this behavior might be main basis of the acute and chronic ischemic cerebral disease and could be detected with TCD and SPECT. The positive manifestations of it earlier than radiology could supply the reliable basis for early diagnosis of ischemic cerebral disease.
