摘要 超声空化已成为当前医学超声研究的热题,其应用尚在探索阶段。为了引起超声空化在超声治疗设备的工程设计、 临床使用的安全有效和医学生物效应研究等方面的注意,本文阐述了超声空化的基本原理和研究成果,分析了在 不同设备中发生或应用空化效应的利与弊。文中介绍了高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗机制中的几种学术观点。 Ultrasound cavitation has become a hot topic in current medical ultrasound research, but its application is still in the primary stage. To call attentions for ultrasound cavitation to the safety and effectiveness in the engineering design and clinical application of ultrasound treatment apparatus and biomedical researches, this article describes the fundamental principles and research results of ultrasound cavitation and analyzes advantages and disadvan tages of ultrasound cavitation occurred or applied in different medical apparatus. In this article, several academic viewpoints are introduced to the applications of HIFU treatment.
