Athletic electrocardiogram has its unique works principle and testing methods. Therefore, it becomes one of the new branches in the development of techniques of cardiac electrophysiological information. It finds wide application in scientific research and clinic treatment. This paper based on the new development cardiac electrophysiological technique, present the basic theory of athletics electrocardiogram and its testing methods, and analyses its characteristics and different between athletics electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram. It offers a brief account of its application in clinic treatment and discusses its new development in the future.
