摘要
目的建立全小肠切除大鼠模型。方法保留距Treitz韧带及距回盲部1cm的小肠,切除中间段全部小肠,行空-回肠端端吻合术。术后行肠内营养(EN)10天。结果40只大鼠中术后生存率1周为100%,4周为58%,8周为30%,12周为25%,与预实验组相比有明显差异(P<0.001)。结论该全小肠切除大鼠模型创建方法切实可行。
Objective To establish a rat model of total small bowel resection.Methods Total small bowel resection performed approximately1cm distal to the ligament of Treitz and1cm proximal to the ileocecal junction.Intestinal continuity was restored by jejuno-ileum end-to-end,single-layered,anas-tomosis using interrupted7-0monofilament sutures.Dur ing the post operative ten-days,the rats re cei-ved the Pepti-200080ml /d.After then all rats were treated with solid nutrition NIH-7620g/d.Results At 1,4,8,and12weeks after operation,the rat survival rates were100%,58%,30%,and25%respectively.Conclusions The method of establishing rat model of total small bowel resec-tion is feasible.
